FDA Compliance: As a manufacturer of Medical Devices, Netech follows the guidelines of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) set by the FDA. In addition any of our products that are considered medical devices go through the 510(K) process.
CE Certification: Many of our products carry CE mark. The CE mark signifies that Netech products have been designed and tested with certain environmental safety conditions in mind.
  
NIST Traceability: Our products are tested, calibrated and complies with NIST standards. Also each product goes with a certificate of calibration traceable to NIST (National Institute of standards and Technology).

Calibration & Repair

The following are the reasons why you should send your Netech units to our factory for repair and recalibration.

  1. Netech is ISO9001-2000 Certified.
  2. You receive free product updates.
  3. You will receive 2nd year warranty free when you send the unit for recalibration before the first year anniversary date.

To send the unit for service, please contact Service (1-631-531-0100) to receive an RMA number and Product Return form. Please fill the form and send the the unit along with the PO.
